Reporting Issues

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Reports submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be:

• Unopened
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Any opened or used products cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

Refunds & Replacements

Once inspected, eligible returns may be:

• Replaced with the correct product, or
• Refunded to the original payment method
